This paper provides a general overview of PRA and PRA training in Sudan. It begins with background sections on Sudan, development work in Sudan (including NGO's), development and principles of PRA, and its introduction in Sudan. A training manual has been produced and field tested, and PRA training provided. Training workshop design is outlined, and training activities by the Center for Development Services in Egypt and Jordan and the Development Support Program in Sudan summarised.
