Mapping the effects of vasectomy

This article describes the process of using body mapping to explore men's experiences of vasectomy in Nepal. It illustrates how participatory techniques can not only contribute to deepening understanding of the issues involved in the acceptance of contraception in villages in Nepal but also offer insights on perceptions of manhood, virility and sexuality in rural settings.
