LogFrames made easy

Publication year:
2001

With increasing unemployment amongst tenants in New South Wales Regional Centres, the New South Wales Department of Housing has shifted it's focus from "Asset Development" to "Community Development". This short article outlines it's use of logframes, and the methodology it has developed to enable groups to complete them. It defines a link between the concept of a logframe and the group decision making process known as "Technology of Participation". It sees the latter as providing a bottom up way of defining causal linkages which then enable the completion of the Logframe, used in this instance by the residents for a funding application.
