Development process and our attitudes

This clearly written document outlines the importance, in the context of the development process, of the attitudes of 'poor and marginalised people'; - women, boys, girls, farm workers, as well as development organisations - field workers, field officers, community organisations, headquarters, umbrella organisations and donors in Pakplan's work. It explores the factors that shape attitudes and looks at how to bring about change.
