Factors Contributing to Personal Attitudes and Behaviour Change
This paper includes a number of guidelines a trainer should bear in mind concerning attitudes and behaviour when doing PRA training. The paper stresses the need to carry out participatory work with appropriate behaviour and attitudes. Thus the trainer is expected to dwell more on human and group behaviours. The trainer is expected to be very observant and to reflect on human/group behaviour, including his/her own. In addition, the trainer is expected to ensure that he/she does not under- or -over facilitate.
