The Littoral: change happens at the edges
These newsletters are compiled by the MIDNET (Natal Midlands Rural Development Network) PLA (Participatory Learning and Action) Interest Group. MIDNET was formed in 1991 in order to bring together non-governmental organizations (NGOs) involved in rural development in the Natal Midlands. The aim of the newsletters is to act as a forum for people involved in PLA to share experiences, ideas and relay queries. Included in these issues are some personal reflections on training as well as using participatory methods with youth.
